Confidence Coaching Programme

This a six month programme which will get your confidence to levels you have only dreamed of.

You will come away with renewed energy to  face challenges whether at work or home or in your social life.

Session 1 – Your life as a confident person

In this first session, we will look at your life as a confident person. Having a clear vision of how you would like your life to be is important if you are to make the necessary changes to become more confident.

We will look at all areas of your life so that your can be clear what your life will look like in 6 months at the end of this programme.

Session 2 – Managing the Fear

In this session, we will look at what happens when you are facing a situation when you don’t feel confident. We will cover why you feel like this and look at your lifestyle and some measures you can take to help you feel more relaxed. I will also teach you a technique which you can use in many situations to help you to feel calmer.

Session 3 – Your talents

In this session, we will look at what you have achieved and what skills and qualities you have used to achieve these things. If you are to become more confident it is really important to be able to acknowledge these achievements. This is a list you can continue to add to as you go forward and it forms a really important foundation to helping you to achieve that confidence.

Session 4 – Your beliefs

In this session, we will look at any beliefs you have that may be holding you back, your success is dependent on what you believe about yourself and what you are able to do. So we will look how you can manage these limiting beliefs in a different way. This will also include looking at other negative ways of thinking and helping you find a more positive way of looking at things.

Session 5 Your needs

In this session, we will look at what your needs are. You may have spent your time dealing with everyone else’s needs and ignored your own. We will look at how you can make sure your needs met and how to ask for things in a positive way . You will learn how to be more assertive by saying no when necessary and other assertive techniques that will help you feel more confident.

Session 6 – The new confident you

In this session, we will put together all you have learnt and add some other techniques to add that final touch to your new levels of confidence, this will include your body language, facial expressions and how you pace what you say. We will also look at specific situations like telephone calls and meeting people.

This confidence programme includes:

  1. A monthly coaching session with me which can be done face-to-face or using  Skype or the phone. You will be given assignments to support these sessions.  This will give you a chance to work with me on the topics outlined above so you start to move towards a more confident you.
  2. A monthly tele-seminar where we will go into the topics relating to confidence in more depth there will be an opportunity for questions at the end.
  3. Membership of a closed Facebook page which is only available to clients on this programme.
  4. E-mail between sessions coaching session so you can ask for support situations you are dealing with.
